To increase the Economic, Political, and Social capital of Returning Citizens in the United States. Our goal is to decrease the recidivism rate.

Our team specializes in changing liabilities into assets.
We are a collection of system impacted individuals.
System Impacted means: any individual impacted by the carceral system; but it does not mean that the individual has been arrested or sentenced to jail/prison etc.
For example, children of the incarcerated, spouses, relatives, etc. are all system impacted individuals.
Returning Citizens
RCA Aims to utilize Returning Citizens, in a combined effort, to provide real information to the public and to those who are system impacted. Thus, we aim to prepare our brothers and sisters, with useful data for success.
We're developing a Quarterly digital and print periodical publication (magazine). System impacted individuals behind the walls (incarcerated), will be provided free access to our Quarterly publication.
WHO WE ARE
Positive role models and positive influencers, fathers, mothers, children and community members. Homeowners, parents, and grandparents. Sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and relatives.
