Returning Citizens Association’s 12-Week Reentry & Resilience Program is a structured, peer-led program designed to support justice-impacted individuals as they prepare for and transition into life beyond incarceration.
Built on lived experience, this program provides practical tools, emotional support, and real-world guidance to help participants build stability, confidence, and purpose.

Program Impact & Completion
Through the 12-Week Reentry & Resilience Program, participants experience meaningful growth that supports long-term success. The program helps individuals build increased confidence and self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and develop stronger reentry planning and preparation skills. Participants also strengthen their connection to community resources and support systems, which plays a critical role in reducing the likelihood of recidivism over time. As the program continues to grow, measurable outcomes and data will further demonstrate its impact.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants are recognized for their commitment and achievement. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and are honored during a formal Graduation Ceremony.
In addition, they are provided a pathway into ongoing RCA Mentorship and Support Services, ensuring continued guidance, connection, and opportunity beyond the program.
